asterisk-ooh323 software package provides H.323 protocol support for the Asterisk PBX - ooH323c, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install asterisk-ooh323
asterisk-ooh323 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the asterisk-ooh323 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep asterisk-ooh323 *
You will get with asterisk-ooh323 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
